Teacher Introduction

Spanish  Teacher

Ms. Joice Riedel

Hello! My name is Joice Riedel.  I am delighted to have the opportunity to teach you Spanish, my native language. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and French and a minor in Japanese from Miami University of Ohio. I have a Master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction from Ashland University. For the past 23 years, I have been teaching Spanish and French languages to mainly school age students.  I have also taught English as a Second language. There is nothing better than to hear my students speak and understand the language I am teaching them. I am looking forward to building a good relationship with you and being part of your language journey.

German  Teacher

Herr Stauffer here, and I look forward to being not just your instructor, but your guide as we explore the language, society and culture of the German-speaking world in whatever detail is of interest to you. I have years of experience in German and Eastern Europe as an educator and translator, but teaching German remotely through private instruction has become a passion of mine in the most recent years. I greatly enjoy helping students of all levels and ages reach their language goals. And, with a little hard work and determination, I am certain you will reach you goals, too. Let's get started!
